Location - Chile

Qualification & Experience required - We have outlined the specific qualifications and experience required for the positions below

1) Technical Inspection Manager

• Graduate in Civil Engineering
• 10 years of professional experience and minimum 8 years of demonstrated experience in the field of Energy, transmission lines and electrical substations.
• Professionals (Execution Engineers) who have at least 15 years of experience working exclusively on projects in the Energy sector, transmission lines and electrical substations

• Document Management.

2) Head of Technical Office

• Degree holder in Construction Engineer / Civil Constructor / Commercial Engineer / Execution Engineer, with a minimum of 10 years of professional experience and 8 years of specific experience,
• Must have a minimum of seven (7) years of experience in programming and control of High Voltage electrical transmission works.

Roles & responsibilities:

• To monitor and control the Master Program of the Contract, the preparation of progress reports, the coordination of meetings, the control of the technical documentation of the work, support the Head of the ITO in the tasks of planning, logistics, programming and control of the activities of the different organizations of the ITO, the review and approval of the Work Authorizations prepared by the Contractor to intervene facilities of the Client or of third parties in the exploitation.

3) Occupational Health and Safety Specialist

• Risk prevention engineer registered with the Seremi de Salud - SNS or similar bodies
• 8 years of demonstrable professional experience in the area and 5 years of experience in works or tasks of high voltage and electrical transmission.

4) Technical Inspection of Works (Civil – Electromechanical – C&P – Telecom)

• Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineer with a minimum of seven (7) years
• General experience in the area of Technical Inspection of Works or in the Coordination or Management of construction works of Transmission Lines and Substations up to 220kV: earthmoving, foundations, pipes, drainage. 

5) ITO of Installation and Laying of HV Line

• Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineer with a minimum demonstrated general experience of five (5) years as an ITO or Builder of Transmission Lines and Substations up to 220kV:
• Should have experience in assembly of towers, assembly of high and low S/E structures, laying and arrowing of line, laying and arrowing of bars, among others.

6) ITO Electrical, GIS Assembly, C&P and Commissioning.

• Graduate in Electrical, Civil or Electrical Execution Engineering
• Minimum seven (7) years of work experience in the area of technical inspection of works or executor of high voltage electrical infrastructure or similar.
• Must have demonstrable experience as an ITO or Electrical Executor in construction projects in Electrical Substations: assembly of transformers, assembly of GIS substations, assembly of AIS substations, laying and connection of LV conductors, Control & Protections, Communications, Telecommunications, Commissioning of Transmission Substations up to 220kV.

7) ITO planning and Control

• Civil, Electrical or Execution Engineer, with a minimum of three (03) demonstrated participations as ITO or Executor in projects for the construction of electricity transmission lines and substations.
• The projects in which it has participated must have had at least one (01) year duration.

8) ITO of Topography

• Execution Engineer in Geo measurement, Geomatics with a minimum of five (05) years of professional experience in construction works and/or technical inspection of works in projects in the Energy sector, transmission lines and electrical substation.
• This professional must have a vehicle to support his activities, the surveyor must have the support of a master builder and technical instrumentation according to the characteristics of the Works, that have the calibrations and certifications in force.

9) Builder
 
Major role is to support the surveyor in the different stages of construction of the project and the civil ITO of the project
