Prospera is a partnership facility between the Government of Australia and the Government of Indonesia working with the Coordinating Minister of Economic Affairs (CMEA). It aims to foster strong, sustainable and inclusive economic growth in Indonesia. Prospera is funded by the Australian Government and implemented by Cardno.
About the Opportunity
Prospera seeks a think tank /consultancy firm specializing in international climate cooperation to aid Prospera’s engagement with the Government of Indonesia in its preparation for global climate cooperation chairmanships. The consultant is expected have some experience and expertise in various environmental economics and policy analysis such as: climate change actions, emission trade, green financial instruments, natural resources accounting, and multilateral climate agreements. The consulting firm must have:
- A team composition with extensive experiences (5-10 years) in International or High-Level Regional climate initiatives and agreements;
- a track record in expansive and robust portfolio of papers, articles, and research regarding international or regional carbon market, green financial instruments, and their relation to macroeconomics;
- strong understanding and experience of working on the Indonesian economy, with Indonesian and international policymakers, especially regarding climate policies and multilateral climate agreements;
