Cardno is seeking a Local Project Coordinator to help manage and implement Cardno's Public-Private Partnerships in Pepfar Countries Projects (P4).
This local consultant assignment in Uganda will be managed and implemented under Cardno Public‐Private Partnerships in PEPFAR Countries Project (P4) funded by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)/Division of Global HIV and TB. Cardno is tasked to develop the analytical framework to advocate for scaling up community-based health programs aimed at improving delivery of HIV services in PEPFAR countries. CDC is looking at Uganda as a pilot for triangulating data from the Community Engagement Scorecards and assessing their impact on HIV outcomes with later to be benchmarked to other countries. Excella Consulting, the innovative solutions US-based IT management company, will be responsible for leading and shaping the data triangulation process between community scorecards and other PEPFAR generated reporting data systems.
The two main deliverables from the activity will include (1) a minimum viable product (MVP) dashboard overlaying multiple PEPFAR data sources with scorecard data constructed for Uganda and (2) a framework for replicating the process of ingesting data and mapping metrics on a dashboard for additional countries.
These tools and engagement of community can help quantify the impact of the advocacy partners and support the triangulation of multiple data sources for use in advocacy action planning. Uganda-based products would be launched and shared at a validation workshop of community partners in Uganda and other representatives form priority PEPFAR countries to communicate triangulation results and framework outcomes.
