The role involves overseeing budgets, analysing key performance indicators, and supporting pricing and staffing strategies.

The Business Manager will also coordinate cross-practice initiatives, manage investment decisions, and contribute to process improvements that enhance service delivery.

Strong commercial awareness, an understanding of financial performance in a law firm setting, and experience working in a global professional services environment will be essential for success.
