Experienced Civil Labourers / Leading Hands / Reinstatement Specialists Wanted

We're looking for experienced Civil Labourers, Leading Hands, and Reinstatement Specialists to join our client's growing team. If you're a reliable, hands-on worker with strong asphalt experience and take pride in delivering quality work, we'd love to hear from you.

Our client specialises in a wide range of civil infrastructure projects, including excavations, electrical ducting, cable hauling, asphalt reinstatement, and civil repairs completed to council (RCA) standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Carrying out civil excavations around live underground services (power, gas, water, and telecommunications)
• Installing electrical ducting and assisting with cable hauling
• Boxing, placing, and finishing concrete for footpaths, driveways, and remedial works
• Completing asphalt reinstatement, including trenches, vehicle crossings, and patch repairs
• Installing berm subs (green boxes) and carrying out pillar box repairs
• Assisting with major substation upgrade projects
• Leading small crews on-site where required and ensuring work is completed safely and to a high standard

What we're looking for:

• Experienced Civil Labourer or Leading Hand
• Strong asphalt reinstatement experience (essential)
• WTR endorsement (bonus)
• Class 2 License (bonus)
• Experience working around underground services (preferred)
• Concrete boxing and finishing experience
• Ability to lead by example and support site crews
• Physically fit, reliable, and safety-focused
• A positive attitude with excellent teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work overtime and participate in a three-week standby roster
