Do you love figuring out how things work, and fixing machines? You could be the next mechanically minded person working for our client as a Machine Operator!

Our client is looking for a dedicated Machine Operator to join their team. Your day to day will involve setting up and operating machinery, performing quality checks and troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues. You will love learning and want to grow in the industry as you continue to upskill to support the team.

• $28+ per hour pending your experience
• Monday to Friday | 6am - 2:30pm
• Role is based in Te Rapa, Hamilton

• You will be working in a busy environment and on your feet for the full shift. You must be committed to safe operating practises. 

What we’re looking for:

• Previous Machine Operation or Mechanical Tinkering experience (ideally in the manufacturing industry)
• Experience operating a gantry crane and forklift (with current OSH certificate)
• MUST have a Full or Restricted NZ Drivers Licence
• Reliability is key! You must be available and dependable
• This role requires great physical fitness, and you MUST be able to lift up to 25kgs
• Great attention to detail to ensure the quality checks of machinery
• Ability to work well with others and take initiative to work hard!
