The Client

Well‑established builder based in Perth that’s part of a respected national property group. With decades of experience in residential construction, project delivery, and property development, the company is known for its commitment to quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction. They specialise in creating high‑end homes and multi‑unit developments, with a strong focus on precision, collaboration, and integrity in every project.

The Role:

• Coordinating and supervising construction teams on-site, delegating tasks and monitoring progress
• Ensuring all work adheres to relevant building codes, regulations, and safety protocols
• Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to address any issues or concerns
• Developing and implementing project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Identifying and addressing any potential risks or problems that may arise during the construction process
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation throughout the duration of each project.

• Experience (3+ years) as a Supervisor in the residential construction industry
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects from start to finish
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with a variety of stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically
• Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans, specifications, and blueprints
• Thorough understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using software to create detailed site lists and coordinate works.
• Organised & Self-Motivated: Strong attention to detail, punctuality, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
