The Client

Well‑established builder and developer based in Perth that’s part of a respected national property group. With decades of experience in residential construction, project delivery, and property development, the company is known for its commitment to quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction. They specialise in creating high‑end homes and multi‑unit developments, with a strong focus on precision, collaboration, and integrity in every project.

The Role:

• Prepare accurate and compliant architectural drawings and construction documentation for residential projects.
• Produce working drawings, details, plans, and elevations that meet builder and project requirements.
• Work collaboratively with design, estimating, and construction teams to ensure drawings are build‑ready and aligned with project specifications.
• Maintain drawing registers, version control, and documentation standards.
• Amend and revise plans in response to internal feedback, client changes, and regulatory requirements. 

• Certificate IV in Residential Drafting or Diploma of Building Design and Technology
• Sound Archicad skills
• Minimum 3 years Perth based experience in residential drafting with a project home builder
• High level of construction knowledge with a thorough understanding of R-Codes and NCC requirements
• Creative flair with a high level of attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines when required
• Sound communication skills, good time management and problem solving ability
• A positive and friendly manner 
• A strong team player with a solid work ethic
