About the Pacific Business Trust Board
The Pacific Business Trust (the Trust) is a charitable trust established in 1985 under the Charitable Trust Act 1957. The Trust aims to build a strong economic foundation for Pacific peoples in Aotearoa by providing business ownership and participation opportunities.
The Trust's Board is responsible for the governance and strategic direction of the organization, setting business objectives, performance and funding policies, and ensuring management accountability for implementing the Trust's policies. More information about PBT can be found on its website.
