You will be part of a multidisciplinary team delivering a range of clinical programs, including individual and group therapy sessions, educational support, and community engagement initiatives.

The role
This is a leadership-focused role within a multidisciplinary paediatric therapy team. You will be responsible for supporting and guiding clinicians, managing day-to-day clinic operations, and ensuring high-quality care is delivered to children and families. Your role will also involve mentoring staff, contributing to program development, liaising with schools and community services, and maintaining a clinical caseload. This is a diverse position with a mix of leadership, hands-on clinical work, and professional development opportunities.
  
Qualifications / Essentials

• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy or Speech Pathology
• Current professional registration (SPA / AHPRA) or eligibility
• Minimum 3 years’ clinical experience
• Working with Children Check
• Current driver’s licence
