 Team Leader - Occupational Therapist

4 Healthcare Recruitment is currently working with a well established neuro affirming clinic committed to providing holistic and inclusive supports to neurodivergent children and young people. Their aim is to reduce barriers to accessing care by offering all therapy services in one location, supporting clients and their families through a collaborative, wraparound approach.

• 90-minute appointment model: 60 minutes therapy plus 30 minutes for notes, planning, and communication
• Maximum of 3 clients per day in TL role
• Caseload primarily NDIS paediatrics (2-18yrs)
• Dedicated admin team managing calendars and administrative tasks
• Ongoing leadership support and consultation - Annual professional development budget

About You

• A Bachelor or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
• Full AHPRA registration
• Demonstrated experience working within paediatric and or NDIS settings
• Strong people skills and a genuine interest in staff wellbeing and development
• Experience supporting, mentoring, or informally leading other clinicians
• Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
• Confidence navigating sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism
• A current Working With Children Check and Police Check
• A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
• Current CPR certification
• First Aid training or willingness to complete
• The right to work in Australia
