The Organisation4 Healthcare Recruitment is proud to be partnering with a multidisciplinary and well-established clinic which is owned by an Occupational Therapist. They have been in practice for over 15 years and have high staff retention and multiple clinics across New South Wales.
This is a clinic that is huge on support and development. They close every 10 weeks for 2 full days to allow clinicians to collaborate have some down time ensuring they can prioritise the well-being and career development of their employees.
The Role
As an Occupational Therapist you will work in a purpose built clinic where you with a team of over 30 therapists and manage a paediatric caseload including helping clients with fine and gross motor skill development, school readiness, handwriting, visual perception and self care.
You will receive excellent rates of pay and ongoing support and mentoring as well as true work lifer balance with the option to pick up WFH and Telehealth options.
For new graduates there is copious amounts of support with a 100 day induction and one to one peer shadowing and mentorship.
For more experienced clinicians who wish to take on less clinical work there is the option to mentor new graduates and junior clinicians.
They have flexible working hours and reduced hours during the school holidays as well as early finished on a Friday.
Qualifications / Essentials - Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy or equivalent
