About the Role

4 Healthcare Recruitment is seeking a motivated Speech Pathologist (Grade 2 or 3) to join a collaborative, multidisciplinary allied health team in Melbourne’s South-East. You’ll provide assessment, therapy, and support that empowers clients to communicate effectively and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
• Develop and implement evidence-based therapy plans
• Work with AAC systems and provide family-centred support
• Collaborate with other allied health professionals and maintain clear documentation

  
About You

• Full registration with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
• 2+ years’ experience preferred — graduates encouraged to apply
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Passion for delivering compassionate, client-focused therapy
