4 Healthcare Recruitment are proud to partner with a progressive education setting in Brisbane's South. You will join a MDT and work alongside education support staff, teachers, youth workers to drive optimum wellbeing outcomes for the students within your care.


The role:

• Conduct mental health assessments, provide counselling, and manage cases.
• Develop tailored support plans, including risk assessments and safety strategies.
• Deliver crisis intervention and help students overcome barriers to learning.
• Support staff with expert advice, resources, and program facilitation.
• Collaborate with families, carers, and external services to ensure holistic care.
• Work closely with school leadership on child protection and student welfare.

You:

• Registered or endorsed psychologist with unrestricted AHPRA registration.
• Experience supporting young people in wellbeing or educational settings is highly regarded.
• Familiarity with school-based processes and child protection responsibilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to confidentiality.
• Experience working with disadvantaged and culturally diverse population is highly advantageous
