The opportunity:
  
An opportunity exists for a psychologist to join their student services team, in a full time capacity. 

• Part time, ongoing position - 4 days
• School based hours, no evening work
• 12 weeks school holidays
• Counselling, group work, intervention, group work - no assessments
• Working with education staff to upskill them for their work in their classroom roles
• Supervision available for provisionally registered psychologists

You:

Ideally you will have had experience working within a school setting as a psychologist - though this is preferred and not essential.

You will have a growth mindset, and expertise in best psychological practises for the young people within your care. You will be confident to work with other wellbeing team members, liaise with heads of school, teachers and parents.
 

• Relevant tertiary qualification, and full AHPRA registration
• Educational and development endorsement preferred but not essential
• 1+ years working in a psychology role
• A genuine desire to build relationships with the young people within your care - get amongst the student community!
• Working with children's check (or willingness to obtain)
