4 Healthcare recruitment are partnered with a homely private practise in Melbourne's eastern suburbs, close to the Blackburn area. Our client partner is seeking a psychologist to join their team where the work you do impacts the youth of the local area, in a supportive environment.

The organisation:

This medium sized, owner led and managed practise is based in Melbourne's Eastern suburbs. An independent psychology and counselling clinic focusing on the wellbeing of children, adolescents and their families. Based across 2 sites, this client works to serve with purpose and integrity in a client outcomes led environment.

The team consists of 8 psychologists, who's tenure speaks for itself - within this organisation psychologists join and stay! You will be supported by a practicing owner, a senior managing psychologist, and a team who collaborate to drive the vision of their practise.

The role:

• Salary based position
• FT or PT options (minimum 3 days) - no weekends!
• Supervision available
• NO KPIS - Yes you read that right! A caseload that is based on your experience
• Bonus scheme for high performance
• Clinical and admin support available

YOU:

You will be a counselling and/or an assesments psychologist with a keen interest, and ideally experience working with young people. You will be a team player, and love what you do.

• Fully registered with AHPRA, ed & dev highly regarded
• Graduate to highly experienced - we are just looking for the right person!
• WWCC or willingness to obtain
• Strong communicator and relationship builder
