Role Overview: As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will not just be an employee; you will be a valued member of a close-knit team dedicated to transforming healthcare recruitment.
You will be provided with a comprehensive training program as well as a Hot Desk designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in healthcare recruitment. You will work closely with experienced mentors to learn the ropes of candidate sourcing, client engagement, and the end-to-end recruitment process. As this is a trainee recruitment position, we are open to people who have experience in recruitment, sales or somebody from an allied health background who wants to go into a non-clinical setting.
Your role will involve: - Identifying and attracting healthcare professionals (OT, Physio, Speech Pathologists or Psychologists) through various sourcing channels.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and clients.
- Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Collaborating with the team to achieve recruitment targets and goals.
- Demonstrating a keen interest in business development to contribute to the growth of the business and your career goals.
Requirements: -Positive attitude
-WWC and Police Check or willingness to obtain
-Bachelor's degree (preferred but not essential)
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
-Passion for the healthcare industry and recruitment.
-Keen interest in business development is highly desirable.
