4 Healthcare Recruitment are proud to exclusively partner with a leading independent school in Sydney's picturesque Eastern suburbs, for the recruitment of a school psychologist.

The school:

This educational leader is regarded as one of Sydney's best schools, where they focus on the educational, social and emotional wellbeing of all students within their care. A K-12 school, based in the Eastern suburbs promotes excellence in education and wellbeing alike.

The role:

Joining an established wellbeing team, you will be part of a wider pastoral care team. You will be led by a Head of Wellbeing, and work alongside another psychologist and other wellbeing team members.

You will work school based hours, and have the ability to truly integrate work and life blend. You will also be only required to work 40 weeks a year, and take advantage of school holidays.

Your role will include;

• Counselling and intervention sessions with students
• Assessments
• Working with parents and teachers to educate on all things wellbeing
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for case management & referrals
• Be part of a collaborative wider education team

YOU:

• Will be a fully registered psychologist, Ed & Dev endorsement desirable
• Ideally have experience working within the education system
• Will be considered if you are a registered psychologist with strong work history working with young people in an education context
• Will have a WWCC or willingness to obtain
• Be a team player, and enjoy collaborating with a wider school based team
