The purpose of this role is to manage almond production and safety, whilst maximizing yields in order to deliver cost targets.

The Role:
As the manager of the Tocabil Orchard (located in regional NSW), you will be accountable for the safety of all people on farm. You will ensure the effective utilisation of resources (people, equipment, water, inputs and land) and will develop a high performing and healthy team culture. Orchard Managers are responsible for tree health and identifying pest and disease, maximising yields, team culture and safety in order to deliver cost per hectare targets.
