We are seeking a proactive, collaborative and experienced HR Advisor to join our HR team to provide support during a period of approved leave. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, partnering with leaders, and delivering exceptional candidate experiences while supporting recruitment across a diverse national workforce.

About the role:
Based from our Carwarp office for a fixed-term of 3 months, you will support recruitment activities across Australia, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract and secure top talent across a broad range of roles across the Sunraysia and Greater Melbourne regions.
During the leave of our HR Business Partner, you will report directly to the Head of HR (AU & NZ), supporting the Office Manager (Carwarp) and will be accountable for delivery of recruitment processes, support onboarding, HR administration and other HR initiatives.
This role is ideal if you're:
- Experienced in HR/recruitment and ready to broaden your exposure across farming operations, processing/production operations and corporate environments
- Passionate about finding and engaging great talent
- Confident managing multiple priorities and stakeholders
- Looking to develop your HR experience & skills in a diverse, fast-paced environment
- Interested in contributing to strategic workforce and talent initiatives
What you’ll be doing: With training and support, you will:
- Supporting end-to-end recruitment across operational and corporate roles
- Coordinating onboarding and employee lifecycle activities, including contracts, employment changes and offboarding
- Maintaining employee records and ensuring HR data integrity
- Assisting with HR documentation, HR reporting and compliance activities
- Supporting the delivery of HR projects, engagement initiatives and process improvements
- Contributing to a positive employee experience across the business
What we’re looking for: You don't need to tick every box. We're looking for someone with strong recruitment capability, a positive attitude, customer-focus and a genuine passion for HR.
- Previous experience in Human Resources, HR Advisory, Recruitment or a similar role
- Sound understanding of HR practices and employment lifecycle activities
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, organisation and attention to detail
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Confidence working with HR systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Experience supporting employee relations matters is highly regarded
- Qualifications in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline are desirable but not essential
