The role:

The Maintenance Leading Hand role at our Wandown Orchard based close to Robinvale supports the Maintenance Manager in their overall business objectives. The leading had will assist to lead the team as well as undertake maintenance and repairs on all types of orchard equipment and machinery as directed by the Maintenance Manager.

Key Accountabilities of the role:

• Machinery Maintenance: Complete repair and maintenance requirements on orchard machinery and assist the Maintenance Controllers by planning, monitoring and management of key deliverables. 
• Machinery Operation: Operate machinery when required to assist with orchard activities and operate machinery for testing purposes
