Your Role
As a Milk Supply Business Partner, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of farming partners. Your focus will be on creating long-term value through strategic engagement, tailored support, and clear communication on commercial programs. You will help align farm capabilities with ofi’s growth strategy and play a key role in enhancing milk supply resilience and optionality.

Key Responsibilities
• Strategic Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong, trust-based commercial relationships with farmers that support long-term supply security and shared value.
• Commercial Enablement – Guide farming partners through pricing tools and supply programs, including Fixed Milk Price (FMP) options, to support informed decision-making and risk management.
• Milk Supply Planning & Development – Collaborate on seasonal and multi-year supply planning, working closely with internal teams and farmers to enable growth and delivery against business targets – particularly as we scale up our protein ingredient production.
• Business Partnering & Support – Act as a trusted advisor to farmers on supply, quality, and commercial topics, ensuring timely issue resolution and continuous improvement.
• Digital & Data Tools – Support the rollout and adoption of digital platforms that improve visibility, benchmarking, and decision-making at farm level.
• Sustainability & Compliance (Secondary Focus) – Provide practical, commercially viable input to sustainability initiatives where aligned with farmer and business priorities.
• Industry Engagement – Represent ofi at regional farming events, forums, and industry platforms, reinforcing our commitment to a transparent, value-led approach.

What You Bring
• Experience – Minimum 5 years in a commercial, supplier-facing or relationship management role in the dairy or agri-food sector.
• Skills – Strong commercial acumen, outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, and a structured approach to problem-solving.
• Mindset – Farmer-first orientation, confident in data-driven discussions, and comfortable navigating the intersection of business and farming operations.
• Qualifications – Tertiary qualifications in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or a related field preferred.
