We're looking for a dedicated Irrigation Controller (also known as an Irrigation Manager) for a couple of our Almond Orchards. 
 
The Opportunity:
As an Irrigation Controller, working out of our Menegazzo Orchard, you'll play a pivotal role in optimising tree growth and production. This role involves overseeing daily irrigation operations, implementing irrigation programs, and maintaining irrigation equipment and infrastructure.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Train and lead a team of Irrigation Orchard Technicians to ensure effective irrigation and maintenance.
• Collaborate with contractors to complete work on time and within scope.
• Get hands-on in the field when require including troubleshooting systems, fixing leak issues and ensuring efficient water utilisation.
• Maintain irrigation equipment and coordinate repairs.
• Identify and address any irrigation issues promptly.

What We're Looking For:
 Strong understanding of drip irrigation systems and their design.

• Resilience and drive to excel throughout extended seasons
• Business acumen or a willingness to learn.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills to foster a high-performance team culture.
