About the Role:
As a Warehouse Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient warehouse operations by accurately receiving, storing, and dispatching materials and products. This role is not just about operating a forklift; it also involves learning and actioning logistics documentation, supporting inventory management, maintaining safety standards, and contributing to the overall productivity of the ofi Dairy Plant.
Key Responsibilities:
Warehouse Operations

• Ensure all inwards and outbound deliveries are completed in a timely manner.
• Complete daily goods receipting.
• Conduct stock and cycle counts within defined timeframes with high accuracy.
• Create transfer documents and attach source documents for all outbound deliveries by the end of each business day.
• Complete daily production reporting and ensure shipping orders are fulfilled and dispatched on time and in full.
• Organize and maintain inventory and storage areas.
• Ensure trucks are booked via SAP entry, matching batches based on priority and truck availability.

• Accurately capture, maintain, and report production records.
• Proactively innovate solutions for any anomalies in production records.

• Learn and action logistics documentation to support warehouse operations.
• Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and timely.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively and proactively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail.

• Inventory control experience preferred.
• Proficiency in relevant computer applications including MS Word, Excel, and SAP.
• Familiarity with inventory scanner systems.
• Ability to safely use warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Current forklift license preferred.
