Key Responsibilities:
People Management

• Supervise, coach, and lead warehouse staff, both internal and external.
• Ensure each direct report has a PD and KPIs to meet performance expectations.
• Effectively plan and allocate resources to meet daily operational needs.

Warehouse and 3PL Management

• Monitor and assess the performance of 3PL providers to meet quality and delivery requirements.
• Manage all warehousing activities and drive 3PL execution.
• Optimize storage layout and planning at warehouses.
• Maintain accurate inventory control and lead regular physical counts.
• Manage and prioritize incoming and outgoing shipments to meet customer requirements.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on warehouse operations.
• Investigate and resolve any input and output imbalances.

Logistics & Transport

• Ensure trucks are booked via SAP entry and batches are matched based on priority and availability.
• Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching, and assuring quality of goods.
• Liaise with suppliers when required.

Freight Management

• Prepare quarterly freight rates in conjunction with 3rd party service providers.
• Ensure alignment with the global freight desk on market requirements.
• Work with 3rd party service providers to ensure freight bookings meet OTIF targets.

Experience & Knowledge:

• 3-5 years’ experience managing 3PL warehouses and freight knowledge within FMCG/Dairy exporting.
• Proficiency in SAP, EWM, and MS Office.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management / CSCP or equivalent.

To Apply:
