We’re looking for a Warehouse and Procurement Manager to join our Mildura site and play a crucial role in keeping the wheels of our business turning.
 
About the Role:
As the Warehouse and Procurement Manager, you will lead our warehousing support team in Mildura and make a real impact by providing leadership and ensuring efficient inventory and logistics management. Reporting to the Assistant General Manager, your role will be pivotal in supporting the orchards and other departments within the business.
 
You’ll not only manage daily operations but also bring innovation and fresh ideas to improve processes, using 5S and Lean principles to create efficiencies. You’ll be a proactive problem solver, comfortable with liaising with both internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve the best results.
 
What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading a team and ensuring day-to-day warehouse operations run smoothly.
• Driving a safety-first culture across the workplace.
• Maintaining stock levels with strict controls and ensuring everything is accounted for.
• Collaborating with the wider business and finding innovative ways to support its functions.
• Managing the timely distribution of goods to support operations.
• Taking on exciting projects and investigating ways to create advantages for the business.

About You We’re looking for someone who is safety focused, thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is passionate about finding solutions. The ideal candidate will bring:

• Proven experience leading a small team to meet business goals.
• Experience showcasing strong problem-solving and lateral thinking skills.
• Exceptional communication.
• Solid computer skills. Experience with SAP or similar software experience will be highly regarded.
• Participate in budget management and cost control.
