Sounds like a cool place, but what about the role?
Working in our Lead Generation Team as a Sales Consultant, you will be the first point of contact with our customers and the voice of our company. You will bring your enthusiasm and energy for outbound sales to this business-critical role, making 50+ daily outbound calls to our database of customers and campaign sources, establishing relationships with customers and using effective sales techniques to establish new enquiries for our national team of Asset Brokers. Additional responsibilities include:
- Making outbound calls (50 per day average) to a database of customers to establish new finance enquiries for our Asset Brokers
- Building strong relationships with customer and our team of Asset Brokers to nurture the customer journey
- Detailed, compliant and timely handover of customer information to our internal asset brokers
- Utilising CRM for customer tracking, as well as detailed tracking of activity via Excel and other data points
- KPI driven mindset; meeting sales, call volume, enquiry generated, CSAT and other KPI metrics
To be successful in the role, you will have: - Extemporary phone communication skills, the ability to build relationships with customers through cold outbound calls
- Sales mindset – Be driven to achieve individual, team and company objectives and targets and be rewarded with monthly bonuses
- KPI mindset – we are a finance sales business, and work towards many different KPIs with the ultimate focus on customer experience and sales
- Strong Computer literacy with the ability to multitask across various systems whilst communicating with customers
- Finance, asset or automotive sales experience desirable but not essential – bring your willingness to learn!
