Our Mawson Lakes Facility (MLF) in Adelaide is the center of excellence for integration, facilities management, and sustainment of advanced defence systems. We are currently seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to support the delivery of critical defence programs. In this role, you'll manage and maintain contract master schedules, monitor key milestones, and collaborate with internal teams and subcontractors to keep projects on track.


  
About the role:
As a Project Scheduler, you will:

• Develop and maintain the contract Master Schedule for assigned projects/programs. 
• Prepare high-level and milestone-based schedules to support project scope, reporting, and stakeholder understanding. 
• Monitor and report on progress against milestones and critical path activities. 
• Contribute to Estimate at Complete (EAC) meeting by aligning schedule with cost forecasts. 
• Coordinate project activities and support internal and external project meetings. 

 What you'll Bring:

• Tertiary qualification in Project Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Project Scheduler or Project Controller.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles and reporting cycles.
• Defence project experience and familiarity with ASDEFCON (highly regarded).

 Mandatory Requirements:  

• Must be able to access information controlled under the US International Traffic of Arms Regulations (ITAR). 
• Must be able to obtain and maintain an Australian security clearance.
