We are seeking an experienced Configuration and Data Manager to join our growing team based in Newcastle. In this high-impact role, you'll oversee the configuration and data management of technical and contract data across the full project lifecycle, supporting mission-critical defence project. 

About the Role
As the Configuration and Data Manager, you will:

• Register, distribute and maintain Engineering, Technical and Contract Data Deliverable documentation.
• Lead the development, implementation and management of a KDAu  program configuration management system and data management system.
• Develop, maintain, and promote configuration & data management of contract deliverables.
•  Support conduct of configuration status accounting and audits.
• Manage and maintain the program product definition and design data, technical baselines, engineering changes, and current approved configuration
• Conduct configuration and data management activities in compliance with regulations, Configuration Management Plans and KONGSBERG management System.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in a configuration and data management role in a Defence project environment within Defence or Defence Industry.
• Experience with Product Lifecycle / Configuration Management software.
• Tertiary qualification in a relevant technical discipline.
• Formal training in Configuration Management Standards (desirable). 
• Familiarity with the range of Contractual Data Deliverables expected in ASDEFCON contracting (desirable).

Mandatory Requirements 

• Must be able to access information controlled under the US International Traffic of Arms Regulations (ITAR).
• Must be able to obtain and maintain an Australian security clearance.
