As we establish our national footprint, we’re seeking a Senior Manager – HSE to lead and embed a high-performance health, safety, and environmental culture from the ground up.

What you’ll do:

• Lead the development and execution of KDAu’s national HSE strategy across our facilities
• Build and implement HSE systems, policies, and procedures that drive continuous improvement and support our defence industry standards
• Manage audits, risk assessments, investigations, and corrective actions to ensure a proactive safety culture
• Support leadership in building environmental, social and governance (ESG) accountability
• Influence and educate stakeholders at all levels, from technicians to executives
• Work in a collaborative, purpose-driven team with significant growth ahead

About you:

• You bring demonstrated experience in leading HSE management systems in complex, high-compliance industries (Defence, manufacturing, or engineering preferred)
• You hold tertiary qualifications in HSE (or equivalent)
• You are strategic, hands-on, and capable of driving change in a scaling environment
• You have exceptional communication, reporting, and influencing skills
• You’re ready to step into a national leadership role at a critical time of growth
