If so, an opportunity to work with an integrated health care system based in east central Ohio is looking for someone to join their team.
The system is a not-for-profit and has over 300 physicians and multiple outpatient care centers throughout the area.
The system is the largest provider in a six county region and a primary referral center.
It offers a higher level of service than what is typically found in a community of its size including open-heart surgery, trauma care, a Level II neonatal intermediate care unit, neurosurgery and
comprehensive cancer services.

This position is responsible for patient satisfaction, as well as operational and financial practices in the assigned geography, specialty or other defined region.
Develops strong relationships through excellent communication with physicians to gain a deep understanding of individual practice needs.
Ensures implementation of the Network Operations Council (NOC) initiatives and directs operating policies and initiatives within the assigned region.
Functions as a partner and advocate for each Practice Operations Council (POC) and creates growth plans, performance improvement work plans, budgets and tactics for assigned practices.
1.Master’s degree in health care administration, business or related area required
2.Five (5) years operational management/leadership experience in a physician practice or other ambulatory care area.
3.Proven ability to formulate and carry out operational plans for a physician practice.
4.Demonstrated ability to plan, implement and successfully complete initiatives that involve multiple practices and/or departments.
5.Demonstrated knowledge of physician practice financial administration and revenue cycle management for medical offices.
6.Knowledge of legal issues related to physician practices, including employment laws and fraud/abuse rules.
7.Knowledge of project planning and ability to coordinate various projects and activities concurrently.

- The position is located east of Columbus.
- The position reports to the Director of Physician Operations and she said finding someone with a clinical background would be preferred but not a must.
- Person needs to be highly motivated and have problem solving/critical thinking skills.
- He/she will also work with physicians and team on operations of the clinic, organizational initiatives, call schedules, planning, data analysis, marketing, process improvement initiatives.
- The pay depends on experience but the range is between 85K-113K plus a great benefit package and relocation is offered.
