Job Description
We are seeking a talented Senior Business Development Manager to provide strategic and analytical support to execute and integrate non-organic growth opportunities. Senior Manager will be working directly with the VP, Business Development team, and Leadership. In addition the Senior Manager will be responsible for the following:
Support evaluation, diligence, and transaction execution of strategic partnerships and acquisitions Partner with R&D and Commercial teams to assess and execute in-licensing of intellectual property Help evaluate the attractiveness of new customer opportunities, markets, and product offerings Support the executive team with various ad hoc analyses and presentations Alliance Management for an ongoing partnership
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree required
5+ years of biotech/pharma experience recommended, with at least 2 years in Investment Banking or Management Consulting
Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills
Track record of successful healthcare-related transaction execution
Strong data analysis skills and ability to form data-driven insights
Experience in life sciences highly desired
Experience in high-value diagnostics highly desired
Results-oriented – takes ownership and is accountable
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent business judgment with a keen customer-first focus
Strong communication and presentation skills in written and verbal form
Mastery of Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling
A desire to work in high growth and results-oriented team environment
