General job duties, responsibilities, expectations:
Under the general supervision of a Manager, the Customer Service Representative is responsible for making outbound calls to customers while ensuring a high level of customer service. Responsibilities include: assisting Health Plan Customers with inquiries regarding; Enrollment Information, Premium Payment Options, requests for Health Plan materials, and Health Plan Exchange Product information. Additional responsibilities include: maintain accurate documentation of customer contact, communicate effectively with customers, maintain confidentiality, and maintain good working relationship with co-workers.
Standard computer programs used in the department: Epic.
A High School diploma with some college level course work preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service required.
