Return to your passion for medicine with 75% smaller patient panels and no fee-for-service structure
Constant distractions of the traditional medical system – insurance paperwork, volume requirements, dictated referral patterns and billing issues – limit time with patients and limit the impact you can have on their health.
We take a different approach. Patient-centered primary care allows you to take the time you need to properly treat patients, while patients receive a concierge-level experience free from billing and insurance distractions. As an independent physician, you’ll be able to:
- Start your own practice with a turn-key business model
Get all of the benefits of starting your own practice with the backing of a company with over 40-years of healthcare experience. Our physicians earn a competitive salary plus profit-sharing while we handle the logistics and marketing.
- Break free from fee-for-service
Free from the fee-for-service model, you get the time and resources you need to deliver primary care the way it was intended. Practice where success isn’t measured by billable time or mandated referrals but by the overall health of your patients. You’ll be able to spend as much time as you need with each patient with no volume requirements.
- Spend more time with patients
We’ve removed ancillary functions like insurance, billing and collections to return focus to where it belongs: your patients. You’ll trade paperwork for deeper relationships that improve outcomes.
- Simplify patient management
Technology should make care smarter, not more complicated. Our electronic health record puts comprehensive, actionable information at your fingertips, meaning you can focus on patients. Lead the way with direct primary care
Direct primary care (DPC) removes the ancillary insurance and billing functions that doctors and patients dread about the traditional healthcare system. A simplified process makes primary care more convenient for patients and more meaningful for doctors.
After finding footing in the individual market (there are currently more than 1,011 direct primary care offices in 48 states), a growing number of companies are offering DPC to their employees.
Here’s how it works: Companies pay a flat fee per patient for access to the clinic, which means you are paid a competitive salary with profit sharing opportunities while we take care of the marketing and logistics. As these patients’ primary care doctor, you’ll help working-age patients stay well and stay at work, and provide support for those managing long-term chronic conditions. You’ll also be able to make referrals easily and independently when needed.
Companies who offer DPC as part of their health benefits package report lower overall costs, improved productivity, healthier employees and more competitive workforce retention.
