Senior Engineer (Scientist - Hematology)
West Chester NY Area – Relocation Paid Base salary + 8% Bonus, 6% 401k Match, Full Benefits, 4 weeks PTO

RSI has an immediate job opening for a biological sciences professional who has depth of knowledge with Hematology products. This product area is growing rapidly for the organization and the group is growing as well. You’ll support an entire portfolio of products, both legacy and new product development.
Key things to note:
You’ll lead a wide variety of technical activities related to hematology product development; not limited to study protocols, raw data crunching/summarization, blood sample creation, running analyzers, statistical/clinical significance, and working hands on with the analyzers
Out of the box thinking; anticipating potential problems that may impact system performance and proactively prevent instrument downtime.
Enjoy working with a skilled core team (~10 people) but also cross functionally across the business; fully understanding system / analyzer functionality and performance.
Desired Education & Experience
Minimum AS desired BS Degree
Strong knowledge of Hematology instruments, reagents, quality controls. Experience in development and commercial product supports
Self driven and able to work in fast-paced environments with minimal supervision.
Understanding of measurement principles and functioning of hematology analyzers.
