The Nurse is responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide direct patient care to patients in the appropriate nursing unit as assigned.
Responsible for prioritizing the delivery of direct nursing care using time and resources efficiently integrating a standards based framework model.
Provides direct and indirect patient care through the application of the nursing process, which includes assessment, planning, implementing, and discharge needs of the patient and his/her family.
Associates or Bachelors degree in Nursing.
Arizona RN License required or able to obtain or valid multi-state license from a recognized compact state acceptable to Arizona.
BLS, ACLS needed for all areas.
Each specific will be required to have or obtain the specific certifications.
For L&D area: NRP - BLS - ACLS - AWOHNN (Fetal Heart Monitoring Certification) and 2 years L&D experience.
Must be able to start IV on infant. Must have experience caring for newborns.
For PACU and ICU-looking for someone with at least a years experience.
The facility is a 90 bed acute care joint commission accredited facility.
Positions are available for OB on night shift and ICU night shift with weekend rotation.
Great department where everyone works well together so looking for someone that fits in and has excellent communication skills. The range is between $27hr-$40hr depending on experience.
The OB RN they will offer a sign of $10,000 for 3 years and $20,000 for a 5 year commitment.
The ICU RN will receive an additional $3.00 per hour ICU differential and they will offer a sign on of $5,000 for 3 years and $10,000 for a 5 year commitment.
