What You’ll Be Doing As a Freight Forwarding Agent, you'll support the coordination of goods moving in and out of the UK and beyond, working across multiple transport modes—air, ocean, and road. You'll:

• Support the team in processing shipment orders and preparing essential documents
• Learn how to book freight, liaise with hauliers and update customers on their shipments
• Assist in tracking deliveries, dealing with customs documentation, and ensuring everything runs to plan
• Be part of a friendly, close-knit team committed to doing things right, first time
• Gain hands-on experience with freight systems and the business side of international logistics
