Executive Assistant to the Vice President of Human Resources – EMEA & Asia, £38-42k salary + benefits
Remote working with some site based days in Leicester (You will need to be based within 90 minutes travel of Leicester)
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:30 am – 4:45 pm, Friday 8:30 am – 3:30 pm
A unique opportunity to step into a highly valued role, previously held for eight years, supporting the Vice President of Human Resources for EMEA & Asia within a global manufacturing organisation.
This position is available due to retirement and offers the chance to work at a strategic level across multiple international locations.
About the Role
As an Executive Assistant you will provide essential support to the VP HR, managing a variety of administrative and operational tasks within Human Resources. Working with stakeholders in the UK, Germany, Italy, China, India, and Vietnam, you will play a key role in ensuring efficiency and effectiveness within the HR function.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the VP HR with operational process improvements by gathering and analysing data and producing reports for business use.
- Updating and maintaining training plans and schedules.
- Managing communications, ensuring key actions and updates are proactively shared.
- Coordinating and supporting HR-related projects.
