Senior Project Development Attorney
 
Key Responsibilities

• Advise on complex infrastructure, energy, and resources projects.
• Provide sophisticated guidance on feasibility and project financing.
• Draft and negotiate EPC contracts, PPAs, design-build agreements, equipment supply contracts and service-level agreements.
• Assist clients to navigate regulatory and compliance issues at local, national and international levels.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer (JD or equivalent legal degree and admitted to practice in a common law jurisdiction) with 8-12 years PQE.
• Prior experience with a strong focus on energy finance and project development.
• Experience with handling legal matters in large-scale international projects.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with tight deadlines.

 
Preferred Attributes

• Qualified to work in Singapore.
• Current or recent law firm employment.
• Experience in renewable energy, sustainability law, or green infrastructure projects.
• P3 experience - familiarity with both public and private sector concerns.
