Senior Project Development Attorney
Key Responsibilities
Advise on complex infrastructure, energy, and resources projects.
Provide sophisticated guidance on feasibility and project financing.
Draft and negotiate EPC contracts, PPAs, design-build agreements, equipment supply contracts and service-level agreements.
Assist clients to navigate regulatory and compliance issues at local, national and international levels.
Requirements
Qualified lawyer (JD or equivalent legal degree and admitted to practice in a common law jurisdiction) with 8-12 years PQE.
Prior experience with a strong focus on energy finance and project development.
Experience with handling legal matters in large-scale international projects.
Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with tight deadlines.
Preferred Attributes
Qualified to work in Singapore.
Current or recent law firm employment.
Experience in renewable energy, sustainability law, or green infrastructure projects.
P3 experience - familiarity with both public and private sector concerns.
