Banking and Finance Senior Associate or Counsel
Key Responsibilities
Advise on international finance transactions, including structured finance, syndication, derivatives and banking matters.
Draft, review, and negotiate documentation for multi-jurisdictional financing deals.
Provide cross-border strategic, regulatory and compliance advice.
Manage global teams across multiple offices.
Requirements
Qualified lawyer (any Common Law jurisdiction) with 5+ years PQE in banking and finance transactions.
Experience including bank financing as well as debt investments provided by non-bank lenders such as private equity firms, family offices, or investment funds.
Drafting and negotiation experience with international financing structures, including derivatives and syndicated debt products.
Experience with regulatory and compliance aspects of finance transactions.
Preferred Attributes
Singaporean or PR, or otherwise qualified for employment in Singapore.
Singapore qualified lawyer.
8+ years PQE
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
Project leadership and team management experience.
Passion for client development and focus on client service.
