About the Role Our client, a boutique disputes firm, is seeking an Associate with 3-5 years of post-qualification experience. The role requires a Singapore-qualified lawyer who is a citizen or permanent resident, with experience across both criminal (white-collar crime) and commercial disputes.
Key Responsibilities

• Handle criminal matters, primarily white-collar crime.
• Manage commercial disputes including shareholder, employment, trust, equitable claims, and contract litigation.
• Support arbitration work where required.
• Work with all partners across the firm's general pool.

Requirements

• Singapore-qualified lawyer with 3-5 years PQE.
• Singapore citizen or permanent resident.
• Strong litigation background across criminal and commercial disputes.
• Excellent advocacy, analytical, and communication skills.
