The Singapore office of a leading international law firm is seeking a Senior Associate (3+ PQE) with a specialization in advising clients on technology transactions.  This role offers exposure to high-profile international clients and sophisticated cross-border transactions.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Advise on complex data, cyber, technology and AI regulation across APAC.
• Draft, review, and negotiate documentation for multi-jurisdictional deals.
• Provide legal advice on regulatory, data privacy and public policy issues.
• Due diligence on data/cyber/AI/technology aspects of corporate transactions and transitional services agreements.
• Work closely with and support senior lawyers on the team. 

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer (any Common Law jurisdiction) with 3+ years PQE in technology transactions.
• Fluency in the English language.
• Experience in cross-border technology and commercial transactions.
• Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively to meet strategic objectives.

 
Preferred Attributes

• Singapore and/or UK qualified.
• Experience with complex financing structures.
• Fluency in Mandarin.
