Job Title: Mid-Level Associate - Private Capital (Real Estate & Infrastructure)

We are seeking a high-performing Mid-Level Associate to join an elite law firm's Private Capital team in Singapore. This role sits at the intersection of Private Equity and Real Assets, offering the opportunity to work on the region’s most significant infrastructure and real estate mandates.

From digital infrastructure platforms (data centers) to large-scale renewable energy portfolios and "trophy" real estate assets, you will be part of a team that provides sophisticated, lifecycle legal advice to global financial sponsors, sovereign wealth funds, and private credit providers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cross-Border M&A: Execute complex private equity-style acquisitions and disposals of real estate and infrastructure assets across Southeast Asia and the wider APAC region.
• Joint Ventures: Draft and negotiate bespoke Shareholders’ Agreements and JV structures, focusing on governance, "waterfall" distributions, and exit provisions (Drag/Tag/ROFO).
• Project & Asset Life Cycle: Support clients through the entire investment cycle, including "bolt-on" acquisitions, asset management, and portfolio refinancing.
• Structuring & Finance: Work closely with our Tax and Funds teams to implement efficient investment vehicles (including Singapore VCCs) and coordinate with our Finance team on leveraged and NAV financing.
• Regional Coordination: Lead the "engine room" of transactions, managing local counsel across various jurisdictions to ensure seamless delivery of multi-country due diligence and closing.
