Banking and Finance Senior Associate

Key Responsibilities

Advise on cross-border finance transactions, including structured finance, syndication, trade finance, derivatives and banking matters.
Draft, review, and negotiate documentation for multi-jurisdictional deals.
Provide strategic regulatory and compliance advice.
Interface across global offices to deliver seamless client service.

Requirements

Qualified lawyer (any Common Law jurisdiction) with 5+ years PQE in finance transactions.
Experience in cross-border transactions.
Practical experience with international financing structures, including derivatives and syndicated debt products.
Demonstrated drafting and negotiation skills.
Ability to take the lead on projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Attributes

Familiarity with regulatory and compliance aspects of finance transactions.
Strong interpersonal skills; experience leading a team.
Business development and client relationship management experience.
