Our client, a global technology and infrastructure company, is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join its debt team. The role focuses on complex lending transactions, with a strong emphasis on borrower-side work, cross-border deals, and strategic input on financing structures.
Key Responsibilities
Advise on loan agreements, security documentation, and related finance documents.
Act as lead counsel on borrower-side lending transactions, ensuring compliance and alignment with business objectives.
Negotiate and draft documentation for multi-jurisdictional financing deals.
Provide guidance on regulatory compliance and risk management across global markets.
Work closely with internal stakeholders and external counsel to deliver seamless execution.
Requirements
Qualified lawyer with 5-8 years PQE.
Prior experience at an International or Silver Circle law firm is essential.
Strong background in lending and debt finance transactions.
Proven experience with cross-border financing and global deal structures.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
Preferred Attributes
Exposure to technology, infrastructure, or digital sectors is advantageous.
Ability to manage complex projects independently in a fast-paced environment.
