We are seeking a talented Associate (2-5 years PQE) to join the Banking & Finance practice of a leading international law firm with a strong Asia-Pacific presence. This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex, cross-border financing transactions across Southeast Asia and beyond.
 
As an Associate, you will:

• Assist with a variety of financing transactions, including acquisition finance, fund finance, and syndicated lending
• Draft and review key documents and support negotiations
• Work closely with senior lawyers on cross-border matters
• Develop your skills in a fast-paced, international environment

What We're Looking For

• Law degree from a top-tier law school in a major jurisdiction (J.D., LLB, or equivalent)
• LLM from a leading global university is preferred but not required
• Around 2-5 years PQE in Banking & Finance, ideally with cross-border experience
• Experience in restructuring and insolvency matters under Singapore or US frameworks
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills
• Commercially astute, highly responsive, and able to deliver pragmatic solutions to clients
