A leading international law firm, recognised in APAC for its excellence across key practice areas including Corporate M&A, Finance, Projects, Infrastructure, Energy, International Arbitration, Litigation and Investigations. As part of its continued growth in Singapore, the firm is now looking for a Paralegal to join its Investigations, White Collar, and Fraud practice.
  
Key Responsibilities

• Support lawyers in managing complex investigations involving bribery, corruption, cross-border litigation, and regulatory compliance.
• Assist in preparing for raids, complaints, and transactional risk assessments.
• Conduct legal research, draft internal reports, and work on clients’ compliance systems and procedures.

  
Key Requirements

• A qualified lawyer is preferred but open to Paralegals with relevant experience.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with a keen interest in white collar crime, investigations, and compliance.
• A proactive, detail-oriented team player who thrives in a fast-paced, international firm environment.
