Are you an ambitious Private Homecare specialist with a strong background working either as an Area/Regional Manager or have several years operating as an accomplished Registered Care Manager looking to achieve next level in your career in the domiciliary care sector?

Our client is a highly reputable private provider of domiciliary care with a nationwide presence. For this role we are seeking someone who can oversee the growth, quality and commercial delivery of a group of established homecare offices located across a specific territory.

Reporting into the Head of Operations you will hold ultimate accountability for driving the performance of the offices within a defined territory.

The ideal candidate will need to have had senior management experience within the homecare sector, be empathetic, a great communicator and be passionate about delivering a high-quality service through an efficient, motivated and well-led team. You will be values-led, and confident networking with community partners and wider stakeholders.

Within this role you will play an active part in creating a culture of continuous improvement, leading by example and strong leadership skills at all times. Using data and reporting metrics you will closely monitor all financial aspects of the business and work on action plans with your individual Registered Managers to address any issues on a local level, giving appropriate levels of support and encouragement within a collaborative working environment.

Duties included in this role are:

• Be an inspiring leader – driving business values, culture, and engagement.
• Work closely with all stakeholders to maintain the CQC ‘Good’ Rating as a minimum across all offices.
• Work with each office to develop a localised and specific marketing plan to increase local awareness of the service and brand.
• Carrying out regular audits to ensure full compliance across your offices.
• Take full accountability for ensuring that the highest standards of business performance are continuously challenged and improved upon.
• Promote yourself as a highly credible ambassador for the business, leading by example.
• Ensure that any safeguarding issues are reported, managed in line with CQC and company guidelines as well as escalating up should as appropriate.
• Support with the strategy for future growth and performance. Meet and exceed business standards, regulations, and legislation requirements.
• Agree objectives for meeting business performance targets and manage all operating budgets.
