Salary: To £75K Location: Windsor, Berkshire
We are looking for someone who will assume responsibility for the HR and Resourcing Functions for a regular client of ours based in Windsor with sites (healthcare) across the UK. This role includes the management of a small Team with their own specialist skillset. HR advice is currently delivered via a retained external provider who assist with technical HR cases as appropriate but equally we would want someone in this post with a solid background in handling ER cases.
A key element of this role is to ensure that all elements of the people function are consistently challenged to deliver a ‘best in class’ service to the internal stakeholders. This role requires an individual who has a strong background operating at Senior Manager level who can challenge current practices and use data to develop an internal service that is industry leading bringing in fresh ideas to constantly inject better ways of working.
The two areas of focus for this role are HR and Recruitment and as such this role requires an individual who brings with them experience across both of these disciplines.
