We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven National Sales Manager to join our client's sales team to promote their innovative healthcare tech solutions into the private care home sector. This role is pivotal in driving sales and fostering relationships with the multi-site private healthcare providers across the UK. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in opening doors, holding critical relationships at c-suite level and managing a long term and complex sales journey.

Repsonsibilities:

• Take full and sole responsibility for opening up and developing of the UK’s National Accounts and be the lead point of contact for the business. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers from c-level to middle manager operations level.
• Design and execute a strategic account plan for each National Account to fully maximise the growth opportunity within each account.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the company's expansion.
• Work closely with the Customer Success Team to ensure positive customer outcomes are achieved and pilot project objectives are met. This may include care home visits and regular meetings with customers and team members involved with your accounts.
• Present at c-suite level to promote the full range of products with a view of securing additional new business. Be involved in contract negotiations and manage tenders.
• Be an essential part of the 'on-the-ground' efforts, traveling across the UK to engage with clients, and attend industry events.
• Keep the CRM systems updated, create monthly sales reports and contribute to budget processes.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competition.
• Work in partnership with the Team of internal Project Managers to create seamless go live processes with National Accounts whilst keeping the project management team updated as further business develops.
• Research host and attend industry events where you key stakeholders will be visible to create relationships.

Experience:

• A passionate salesperson with 3+ years of experience in a similar sales role (B2B or care sector/healthcare technology experience a plus).
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisation and time-management skills.
• Resourceful in finding creative solutions for clients within their business context to ensure partnerships continue moving forward together.
• Self-driven, goal-oriented with a growth mindset, confident working independently and as part of a fast-paced, collaborative team.
• Experience with social media such as LinkedIn, email marketing, CMS and CRM tools.
• Flexible to attend clients care homes to present, hold demonstrations and capture videos/testimonials.
• A genuine interest in technology, social care, and making a difference in people’s lives.
• Flexibility in location and work arrangements when required.
• Proven experience in strategic account management with exposure to c-suite.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-driven, with a growth mindset and the ability to work independently.
• Competitive and target-oriented with the determination to win.
• Familiarity with the social care sector is a plus, but not essential.
